Race Overview:
This fun spectator friendly event will kickoff the morning’s events with a special First Responders Challenge that will feature some of the fasters runners from our local law enforcement, emergency medical services and fire services agencies for bragging rights. Then some of the top high school girl and boy runners in the greater Reno-Tahoe region will showcase their talents in front of our 5K participants and spectators.

Course Overview:
This .25 mile course takes place from the marathon start/finish line in front of the Reno Arch on N. Virginia Street and travels south to the turnaround point directly on the Virginia Street Bridge before heading back to the start. The race requires runners to perform two out and back loops creating the prefect spectator and athlete experience.
